Beautiful villa for events, very large and scenic. Large internal and external spaces to best accommodate many guests. Spectacular starter buffet as well as dessert buffet. If you rely on them they will organize everything for you from start to finish with a truly accurate and professional organisation. It might seem a bit kitsch but I really liked it. Definitely recommended for events to remember over time

5 stars for me and my family are few; I'll start by saying that I already knew the place and there are no words to describe it as I had a FAIRYTALE wedding just last year... I want to say that I was neither forced nor paid to do this review... New Year's Eve to PERFECTION! This year we opted for Villa Lago dei Cigni because we have a three-year-old girl who is afraid of fireworks; we decided to come here as we knew that the fires were limited to the Villa only; I take this opportunity to say that my wife is also pregnant but all these problems have not arrived. The food was as always EXCELLENT and in abundance! The only little piece of advice I would give (for the too many DISCONTINUED people, who looked like they had never eaten) is a starter and desserts at the table so as to also avoid waste! And with this I repeat, the food was really great from the starter to the desserts, even with the refreshment. And the owner Giuliana never contradicts herself on this! And in my opinion too much WASTE! Because I gave it a look at the other tables!!! In front of me a lady poured a walnut bottle into another full one and brought it to the table and it remained there! There are so many drinks, find me a restaurant that gives you all that bottled wine or maybe gives you the house wine. Not to mention the really good kids menu lasagna with fries and schnitzel. We asked for a refresher for both first courses and everything was ok, since it was only me, my wife and my daughter, we were together with others at the table who requested some meat menus where they also had their refresher. With this I close by saying that we will also return for the baptism of our future child and also next year for the New Year! COMPLIMENTS

Huge location, so large that it can hold three events at the same time, a concept I don't like, swimming pools and lakes but the neglect is evident from the entrance accompanied by broken tiles, exquisite food, menu a bit from the 80s and 90s but excellent quality, the idea of having an aperitif, dinner and sweet buffet in 3 different places highly appreciated, in the dining room crystal chandeliers which with the air produced by the air conditioners produce a sound similar to the singing of crickets, delicious, potential 10 stars

First of all, the place is very nice, we already had a great New Year's Eve last year and we decided to do it again here with an absurd flop! They called us 200 times in December, they wanted the bank transfer in full, they wanted to know the menus and they didn't understand anything until the same day! We begin the evening and the courses begin to arrive without taking into account allergies and varied menus as I was pregnant, I ordered a meat menu and they brought me four slices of cooked meat and octopus with potatoes in oil as an appetizer... the entertainment compared to the year before it was painful but we don't lose heart after the appetizer everyone gets the prawn cocktail but at our table nothing goes to the first course...the table begins to fill up with empty bottles that no one takes away we are all without cutlery but it's fine anyway... Here comes the first mine and that of a girl allergic to truffles, after trying to make us eat the truffle even though we reported several times that we couldn't eat it, they serve us raw trofie with raw courgettes in an oil bath and porcini mushrooms.. we point out to the waiters that it is inedible and they bring us another first course.. in the meantime the table fills up more and more and the drinks struggle to arrive... finally they bring us the first course... white tagliatelle without anything just guess oil and porcini mushrooms..we inform the owner that the dishes are not reaching us and the others do and what happened with the hope that the problem will be resolved...after two hours the prawn cocktail arrives at the table while the others were at the table second that it never reached us again!! The conditions of the room were terrible, the bathrooms were flooded every time you risked slipping and hurting yourself but from the beginning of the evening no one bothered to go and fix it, a mess like that never seen before! I understand that it is New Year's Eve but at the beginning of the evening it started to leak water, the bathroom on the floor was a lake... However the menu included a welcome aperitif, the starter, two first courses, one second course, all inclusive drinks and desserts, fruit etc... I can tell you that I ate the pizzas and two sandwiches as soon as I arrived because the rest is already listed above...not even the dessert because it was tiramisu and I couldn't eat it...let's move on to the fruit: watermelon in the middle of January and strawberries with pandoro cream and nougats because the second course never arrived for us, just as I didn't even see the second first course or my second course... We would like to point out to the owner of the restaurant that we had a terrible time and it's not right to eat just one plate of pasta with two all evening oily mushrooms on top after paying €135 and she first blames the waiters as if they cooked the pasta...she didn't even take her responsibilities and then she blames the kitchen because she couldn't cook it personally...I'm staying without words at least she had to reimburse me since I couldn't eat anything all evening but she still surprises us by saying that we couldn't bring the second course now because it was past midnight and we moved on to dessert but she has it in the kitchen and since she was sorry "she wanted to give me some fillet to cook for me tomorrow so we could eat something" 😂😂 nice way to make up for it... in all this it's half past one in the morning and we still haven't danced we haven't heard a decent song where other tables call her for complain and they leave, the twist arrives, the remote part starts and probably brings six boys of the dancers from the room to provide entertainment after shouts of finally it was time and various insults from the audience we let everything slide on us and we leave with a good tremor to leave this terrible experience is behind us and we don't lose heart.. what can we say the next day the lady perhaps realized the gafs and invited us again next year 🤣🤣
